Solution architect/sales-support position that requires HR Outsourcing solutions experience and business acumen to solution and sell to CxO/VP decision-makers.
Wipro Technologies is looking for HRO Practice Manager (Solutions Architect) with the following experience/skills:
- 12 years total experience in HR service delivery and/or HR outsourcing .
- Demonstrated ability to sell to, and build relationships with, C-Level and senior HR executives (Shared Services Executives, CFO, SVP HR).
- Understanding of the current and historical HRO market trends.
- Working familiarity with current client procurement processes including RFP/RFI responses.
- Experience in design, solution development, and consulting in HR outsourcing solutions.
- Strong commercial and business acumen with demonstrated understanding of large employer organizations, HR functions, HR buyer priorities, and HR organization financials.
- Deep HR and payroll functional experience with service delivery expertise, knowledge of HRO value proposition, financial outcomes, and risks for employers and providers.
- Strong understanding of BPO operating models including voice and non-voice/back-office based processing delivered globally from multiple geographies using multiple languages.
- Experience in participating in demand generation and sales cycle processes.
- Experience in driving and leading cross-functional teams remotely – excellent communication, organization, and project management skills required.
- Experience in working with offshore (e.g. India-based, Europe-based) service organizations and multiple-timezones.
Roles and responsibilities:
- Support sales demand generation activities and drive new client business opportunities.
- Lead RFP/RFI client presentations & client workshops for HRO proposals.
- Lead solutioning, pricing and selling HR services by leveraging local and offshore functional and technology solutions and financial teams.
- Continuously evaluate and refine creative solutions and financial models in HRO opportunities.
- Independently develop and leverage HR relationships.
- Build and leverage market analyst/advisor relationships.
- Leverage results and client satisfaction to build business.
- Meet revenue targets for new business and ongoing revenue.
- Report business information and strategies to executive-level customers and internal management.
- Base location = NJ, Chicago, Dallas, San Jose.
- Up to 75% travel in North America. Some international travel required.
Successful candidates for this role will have:
- Demonstrated ability to identify and qualify HRO opportunities, develop and position compelling solutions, and work with a team (including sales, solutions and operations) to win HR outsourcing business.
- Demonstrated accountability to deliver on and close actions with urgency and proactiveness.
- Acumen and willingness to participate successfully as a team member in a matrixed organization.
