Wipro Technologies would like to invite applications for the position of HR Business Partner as part of Business Application Solutions (BAS) Service Line, located out of Hyderabad

Job Title:

HR Business Partner – BAS HR team, Hyderabad

Key Responsibility Areas:

- Own the talent management and retention charter for the practice

- Partner with business leaders in implementing effective people initiatives & interventions

- Implement Employee life cycle HR processes (e.g. Performance Management, Progressions, Salary revisions etc) in the practice

- Lead the people engagement mandate for the practice by anchoring various events & interventions

- Track trends in employees concerns /behavior in the practice and proactively address talent issues

- Uphold high service delivery standards through quick response to employee issues & queries

Education and Experience Requirements

Post graduate in Human Resources from a premier institute / experience in working in top class organizations with approx. 4-6 years of relevant work experience
