The Job Description :
- Work closely with the account leadership team to Design, implement and support various HR initiatives for the account and partner with managers / employees to meet business goals.
- Responsible to drive all key HR processes such as SKIP, NMA, One - on - One, Performance management, MSI, Progression, and Talent Review Planning etc.
- Administer and manage the quarterly Rewards & Recognition program for the account.
- Drive Employee Engagement & development initiatives across the account which is in line with the BU strategy.
- Enhance Managerial Effectiveness through Manager Excellence Frameworks, Formulate IDP for top talent, Identification of Top talent in the account, defining career road map for Top Talent.
- Drive Retention discussions with business, work with them to facilitate reversals.
Skills and Competencies:
- Excellent business partnering skills, ability influence business leaders.
- Excellent Communication & Relationship Building skills.
- High customer orientation.
- Interpersonal sensitivity, team player.
- Individual should be Self-Motivated.
- Education and Experience Requirements.
- MBA / Post graduate in Human Resources with 2-5 years of relevant experience.
