Wipro - Enterprise Architect - BFSI

Sr. Architects/Consultants required for banking vertical bringing rich techno-functional expertise covering various components of banking (Retail Banking, Investment Banking and Corporate Banking). Candidates should have independently established the required enterprise architecture solutions. They need to have combination of consulting and technology skills. They should have a strong background in supporting/leading sales and delivery of strategic programs.

Successful candidates for this role will bring:

- Minimum 12 to 15 plus years of global IT experience with primary focus on Banking industry,

- Excellent consulting skills, with experience in influencing change, negotiating and selling,

- Business domain knowledge in two or more areas in which we specialize – Retail Banking, Investment Banking and Corporate Banking,

- Proven expertise in Digital banking (Channel transformation and Integration, Customer experience, Multi-channel delivery, Customer Analytics, Digital marketing, and E-commerce),

- Extensive exposure to e-Enabling technologies - like Portals, Content Mgmt., Mobile-Web, SOA/Web Services, EAI, BPM, BI/DW, and Security (must have been hands-on in at least 2 of these),

- Ability to foresee emerging technology trends and their potential impact on tomorrow’s business,

- Ability to analyze existing architecture and define the target architecture that complements the business goals and objectives,

- Ability to study organizational mission, goals and drivers, confer with senior executives and synthesize the IT capabilities required to address business needs,

- Experience in defining strategic IT plans and architecture blueprints for large organizations, specifically in the areas of Internet channel transformation, technology standardization and Digital initiatives,

- Experience in evaluating products and vendors using formal analysis and quantitative techniques,

- Experience in one or more of the following EA Methods & Frameworks – TOGAF, Zachman, RM-ODP, FEAF, Gartner EA Framework, Meta Group EA Framework etc.

- 50% travel is required.
