- Brings knowledge of Insurance domain, digital ecosystem, technology trends and keeps it updated
- Highly proficient in digital delivery (Agile, Lean, CI/CD, DevOps) methodology, framework and metrics and its leverage in planning & execution
- Collaborate with regional digital leaders, account teams and broader organization to partner with clients on a digital journey from ideation to reality, framing problems, sizing benefits, identifying assets, proving prototypes, and scaling solutions to maximize outcomes through digital transformation
- Collaborate with New Age partners to develop joint solution constructs and implement them at clients
- Develop & Manage the digital assets of the Insurance vertical (Solutions, Whitepapers, IP etc)
- Organize and manage client visits at offshore and articulate digital value propositions
- Collaborate with accounts, BFMs, WMG, SLs to ensure streamlined digital interactions, operations and engagements
- Balancing multiple priorities and dealing with ambiguity, applying both pragmatism and bold direction when appropriate
