Salary range; 5-7 Lakh

- The primary responsibility is to support the development of new business from existing clients and new opportunities from prospects as required. Working closely with US and US Field force, Operations team and our clients, this role will focus on planning and managing the bid process as well as effectively driving and articulating proposition and solutions through client facing documentation and presentations, delivered to the highest standard and on brand.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES :

Digital marketing:

- Digital marketing expert who can consult our clients on digital marketing best practices and optimization of digital marketing channels.

- Manage a wide range of solutions in the digital marketing space, including search optimization, paid search marketing, social media optimization, Media Buying, Google PPC and display adverts. Consulting cross channel Campaign optimization, execution and performance strategies to the client.

Bid management

- Manage response to strategic clients and large, complex, multi-location RFIs/RFPs/ITTs

- Co-ordinate all aspects of a client response, ensuring timely delivery of “best in class” bid responses by working closely with FF and various client Operations team.

- Take responsibility for the end-to-end management of bids, including planning activities, allocating questions, writing responses whilst using the latest IP within the business. The role will also manage contributions from the business against bid objectives and to deadline.

- Ensure adherence to all bid processes and documentation.

- Conduct formatting, proofreading and copy checking.

- Identify bid process improvements and best practice.

- Use knowledge of competition, processes, clients or sectors / domains to bring to light any risks or gaps in the response, solution & commercials.

- Be able to recommend industry leading practices for inclusion in our solutions and responses.

Write content for new / nascent service offerings.

Marketing

- Creating and managing complex client presentations and post proposal presentations in company templates.

- Consult with Business Development and Client Services teams to interpret the client specific solution or service offering and produce a persuasive sales document and/or presentation.

- Plan and lead efforts on content refresh projects for the use of global bid team.

- Create client facing case studies to evangelize the Practice to FF and existing clients. Additionally Case study re-structuring and updates to existing case studies with information and inputs from Operations team.

- Update repository and make easy to access content across company.

CRITICAL SKILLS REQUIRED :

- 3 to 5 years of work experience in online and direct marketing agencies.

- Degree in a marketing, general management or advertising.

- Extensive experience in direct and online marketing

- Work experience in a consulting role, analyst role or a large percentage of current role taken up with strategic development

- Experience in email marketing, online marketing, CRM and database driven direct marketing

- Strong analytical skills

- Very strong presentation skills and communication skills

- Strong Interpersonal Skills to build and maintain productive lasting relationships, even in difficult situations, with diverse people spanning internal/external organizations

- Demonstrated ability to lead & get work done from multifunctional teams

- High on drive and initiative.

- Self confidence with assertive work style

- Strong influencing and negotiation skills

- Good business acumen with ability to synthesize creative solutions and consulting capability
