- Should have worked and managed in delivering end-end semiconductor (Specs to GDSII) projects and products. Should be able to understand the lifecycle models, complexities in project/program management
- Should be aware of Technology trends in Semiconductor Industry
- Should have deep knowledge in Semiconductor related technologies with hands-on past experience. Should have knowhow on various Semiconductor areas such as ASIC/VLSI, FPGA, SoC, Foundries. Experience in at least one of these technologies will be a significant advantage. Should be able to comprehend the architecture and different functions of these technologies
- Experience and knowledge in key protocols like PCIe, USB3.0 and newer versions, Serdes, MIPI, HDMI and others
- Manage a large team of delivery organization and multiple accounts spread across different cities and Geography
- Ensure seamless execution and on time delivery excellence
- Managing talent as per project demands and career aspirations of employees
- Candidate Should have minimum of 17 to 20+ years experience in Semiconductor domain/industry along with project and people management skills
- Prior Exposure and experience working at different Geos, APAC, US, Europe
- Managing Practice level P&L, ensuring adherence to Organization norms
- Liaison with Legal and Finance teams
- Should be able to define reskill programs to rotate and give career growth to engineers
- Should be able to identify, analyze various key mechanisms to improve internal fulfillment in various account
- Should be able to work with campus teams and enable campus selections, forge-tie-ups with colleges for right competency
- Meeting and exceeding quarterly/yearly revenue targets
- Have a solid local business network with staffing vendors
- A good technical understanding of all Automotive, Telecommunication, Consumer Electronics domains
