Cyber Threat Hunting Specialist - Good understanding and operational experience as a Cyber Threat Hunter - Good understanding and operational experience with computer networking, network protocols, operating systems, design and operations - Good understanding and operational experience handling current threats, vulnerabilities, and attack trends - Understanding of computer forensics, malware analysis and reverse engineering - Good analytics skills on Big data - Experience with various security monitoring and endpoint security tools - Good understanding of the components of a threat intelligence capability - Proactively drive hunting and analysis against the dataset available - Leverage internal and external resources to research threats, vulnerabilities, and intelligence on various attackers and attack infrastructure - Use Big Data Analytics platform to identify threats, determine root cause, scope, and severity of each and compile/report findings into a finished analytical product. - Recommend system tuning/customization and data collection improvements - Work with the Threat Intelligence, Malware analysis and Incident Response teams to identify threats, develop or recommend countermeasures, and perform advanced network and host analysis in the event of a compromise - Work with the team to improve and expand the toolset - Working experience in IT Security, with exposure to security monitoring, incident management and response - Good understanding of cybersecurity topics and threat landscape - Vulnerability and threat analysis experience - Working knowledge of cybersecurity principles, techniques and technologies - Technical research of potential cyber security compromise, analysis of known and unknown threats. - Identification and review of potential security incidents though available information. - Handle (leverage, create and share) threat intelligence to enhance the overall quality of services and the security posture of our clients
