Job Summary:

The Trade Marketing Manager for Modern Trade is responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns aimed at maximizing brand visibility, driving sales, and enhancing the overall customer experience within the modern trade channel. This role involves collaborating closely with sales, marketing, and key retail partners to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

1) Strategy Development: Develop comprehensive trade marketing strategies aligned with overall business objectives, focusing on driving sales and increasing market share within the modern trade channel.

2) Campaign Planning and Execution: Plan and execute trade marketing campaigns, promotions, and activations tailored to the unique needs and characteristics of modern trade partners.

3) Merchandising and Shelf Management: Work closely with retail partners to optimize product placement, visibility, and shelf space within stores to maximize sales and enhance brand presence.

4) POS Materials Development: Coordinate the development and production of point-of-sale (POS) materials, including displays, signage, and promotional materials, to support marketing campaigns and initiatives.

5) Promotional Activities: Plan and implement promotional activities, trade incentives, and consumer promotions to drive foot traffic, increase product trial, and stimulate purchase within modern trade outlets.

1) MBA from Top Tier BSchool only (IIMs, SP Jain, MDI Gurgaon, FMS Delhi, JBIMS Mumbai, NMIMS Mumbai, SIBM Pune, SCMHRD, TAPMI, IRMA, IMT Ghaziabad, XIMB, XLRI)

2) Proven experience in trade marketing, category management, or sales within the consumer goods industry, with a focus on modern trade channels.
