Job Summary - Senior Executive Business Development is responsible for providing administrative support to the sales team, ensuring smooth and efficient operations within the sales department. The role involves handling a variety of tasks to support sales processes, from managing customer accounts to processing orders and maintaining sales records. This role reports to the Sales Head


1)Administrative Support :

a) Assist Sales Team with daily administrative task

b) Manage and update customer databases and CRM Systems

c) Prepare and distribute sales report, proposals and presentation

2) Order Processing :

a) Process and manage sales orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

b) Coordinate with logistics and production teams to track orders and shipments.

c) Handle order modifications and cancellations as necessary.

3) Customer Relations :

a) Assist in organizing and coordinating sales meetings, events, and training sessions.

b) Support sales representatives by providing necessary information and resources.

c) Collaborate with the marketing team on sales campaigns and promotions.

4) Support Activities :

a) Assist with the onboarding and training of new sales team members.

b) Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for process improvements.

c) Perform other related duties as assigned by the sales manager.

5) Data Management :

a) Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

b) Generate sales reports and provide insights to support decision-making.

c) Ensure data integrity and confidentiality in all sales operations

QUALIFICATIONS:

1) Education - master's in business administration (MBA) , Marketing, or a related field preferred.

2) 3+ Year of experience in Sales Support or Field Sales roles

3) Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

4) Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.

5) Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

6) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

We work from office for 6 Days in a week.
