Job Description: Regional Trade Marketing Manager

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Regional Trade Marketing Manager to drive brand visibility and sales development in your designated region. You will play a crucial role in developing and executing trade marketing strategies that align with our overall business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
a) Trade Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement regional trade marketing plans to enhance product visibility and consumer engagement.
b) Sales Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities for trade promotions and effectively support their execution.
c) Market Analysis: Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and consumer insights to inform trade marketing initiatives.
d) Promotional Activities: Design and manage promotional campaigns, ensuring they align with brand objectives and deliver measurable results.
e) Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key distributors and retailers to maximize trade partnerships.
f) Performance Tracking: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of trade marketing activities, adjusting strategies as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.
g) Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with product development, brand marketing, and supply chain teams to ensure cohesive execution of marketing strategies.
Qualifications:
a) Master degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field from a premier B School
b) Minimum 3 years of experience in trade marketing, preferably in the FMCG sector.
c) Strong analytical skills and proficiency in market analysis.
d) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
e) Proven track record in managing trade promotions and achieving sales targets.
f) Ability to travel as needed within the region.
