1. Recruitment: End to end Talent Acquisition process for regional vacancies from sourcing till offer negotiation & providing a delightful onboarding experience.
2. People Processes: Participate in the development and implementation of human resources processes and programs, including but not limited to new employee assimilation, performance management, employee rewards and recognition and the annual talent reviews, 360 surveys & compensation review process.
3. Employee Engagement: Handling of routine employee issues including disciplinary matters, grievance handling, change management and counselling. End to end responsibility of executing the engagement calendar for the division.
4. Learning & Development: Coordinating with various functional heads and identifying training needs and developing learning modules and organize training programs etc. for overall organizational development which will help in the fast growth journey of the business
5. HR Operation: Managing complete employee life cycle, building trusted relationships and on time completion of important employee life cycle milestones.
