Responsibility:
1) Increasing business from retail and wholesale relationship programs. Incumbent is responsible for designing various key outlet programs of the company, and ensuring business growth is achieved in retail and wholesale channels from these programs.
2) Implementation of technology in sales. Position is responsible for ensuring technology initiatives like Mobile apps & Dms are implemented across the sales team, and effective market work and business growth achieved.
3) Distribution & Coverage expansion. Incumbent needs to evaluate distribution model, and design an exhaustive distribution and coverage plan, for the region, with detailing done till village level.
4) Improving sales team effectiveness. Position is also responsible for improving sales team effectiveness, by building redistribution strengths. He or She needs to have a proper training and review process to improve Productive Calls, Total Lines Sold, ECO (effective coverage) etc
5) Executing BTL/LSP activities for the region. He / She will also be responsible to implement all BTL activities and sales promotional activities in the region. Ownership of regional budgets and its utilization is part of this role.
This position will be supported by ably trained executives to drive all the above listed initiatives across the region.
Skills/Qualifications:
- MBA from a premier institute ONLY
- Around 5-7 years of experience in FMCG firms, majority of this experience being as an ASM/ Trade Marketing manager.
