The role will report to Business HR Head for the division.

Brief Job Description : 

Talent Acquisition - The incumbent will be responsible for end to end recruitment for all the depts of the furniture/seating business namely Sales, Design, Marketing, Production planning and Quality teams.

Performance Management - The incumbent will be responsible to managing all the performance management processes like confirmations, annual appraisal, mid year reviews and PIPs.

Training and Development - The incumbent will be responsible for all training and capability development initiatives which are run organisation wide and ones specific to the division. It will involve liaising with all dept heads, identifying the key training needs and fully executing training programmes to meet the same.

Employee Engagement - This will involve running the Employee Communication programmes, Rewards and recognitions programmes and engagement interventions from time to time in order to retain the employees

Administrative and Special Projects - The incumbent will be a de facto administrative head of the division and will be part of many organisation wide projects based of her likes and preferences in order to build muscle in the chosen field.
