Wipro Consumer Care - Manager - eCommerce

This role is for E Commerce Manager for Wipro's Appliances Division, which has a range of small kitchen appliances with a strong presence in eCommerce.

- Own the business across ecommerce marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, Reliance Digital, Croma et al. as well as own website - Direct to Consumer channel(DTC).

- End to end responsibility for driving performance marketing (AMS on Amazon, PLA/PCA on Flipkart), marketplace advertising, optimizing campaigns as well as owning the content creation across all channels and display network/ad platforms for own website.

- Accountable for e-commerce business across partner platforms including negotiations on promotions and activations with buyers of eCommerce accounts

- Maintaining hygiene across title optimization, keywords, content quality and listing quality across marketplaces as well as for own website via display ad platforms.

- Responsible for managing product listing quality and content quality(basic and rich content) across all commerce platforms and own website
