Wipro Consumer Care & Lighting - Senior Manager - Process Excellence

Process Excellence:

- Help manage the overall design and delivery of the leading benchmark practices, platforms and metrics in the Supply Chain and Logistics domains to drive transformation. Define and improve lead and lag metrics for the same

- Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to develop and deliver process improvements (and waste reductions) for the key metrics as per defined targets

- To identify, recommend, and implement operational efficiencies to drive continuous improvement in the execution of the processes and reduce waste/ increase efficiency as per defined targets

- Implement and sustain the gains from process improvements

Logistics:

- Planning, managing, and controlling operations in warehouse/depots

- Achieving order fulfillment levels as defined

- Track quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency

- Conceiving and driving innovative solutions for unique business and logistical challenges.

- Meet cost, productivity, accuracy, and timeliness targets

- Focus on logistics' cost management and operational efficiency - Working to streamline processes, reduce costs, and improve delivery speeds.

- Comply with applicable laws and regulations

Skills / Qualifications:

- High attention to detail; Experience in team interactions; Ability to quickly identify and provide recommendations on issues; Strong proficiency in English communication - both written and oral; Strong motivation; Ability to prioritize and multi-task; Basic technical knowledge

- MBA/PGDM (Ops) , min. 8 years of experience in FMCG with min. 2 years in Process Excellence
