HR Executive Eligibility Criteria: MBA in HR/IT with 1-2 years of work experience Job Description: - Should have implemented or have a good understanding of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, Recruitment, and Onboarding. - Collaborate with internal HR teams to define requirements, design solutions, and manage project timelines. - Create user documentation, process document, job aids, and training materials to facilitate system adoption and user self-sufficiency. - Conduct system testing, coordinate user acceptance testing, and oversee the deployment of new functionalities. - Provide support and training to HR users and managers on SuccessFactors functionality, processes, and system usage. - Develop reports and dashboards to support HR analytics and share reporting requirements. - Should have excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. presentations. - Monitor and review the performance of support partners to drive SLAs. - Drive projects to enhance current applications to drive adoption. - Benchmark industry HR automation tools and gather references.
