- HR Generalist Role supporting one of the divisions of Wipro Consumer Care based out of the Global HQ of Wipro Enterprises Pvt Ltd at Koramangala, Bangalore. Head count : 300

- 5.5 Day week.

- No Remote Working.

Location: Koramangala, Bangalore

Reporting to: Business HR Head

- The role will primarily entail 4 key pillars of HR

- Recruitment; End to end hiring activity from Sourcing to processing resumes to negotiation to offer.

- HR Operation; Managing complete employee life cycle from joining to confirmation to all major employee milestones

- People Processes; Supporting the team on all major people processes like appraisals, talent reviews, increments, 360 surveys etc.

- Employee Engagement; end to end responsibility of executing the engagement calendar for the division.

- Apart from these, the incumbent will be expected to take up any special projects of their choice and interest.

- Applicants must be mindful of the fact that this is an IC role and will involve a fair bit of operational work including hiring related paperwork etc.
