Job Responsibility :
Business Achievement:
- Achieving Sales & Profitability Target.
- Plan of ATL/BTL budgets, for respective countries area, its effective utilization/implementation to augment sales in your country.
- Supporting the Channel partner, who are large dbr's 1000 crore + turnover.
- Supporting 3P factory in respective countries.
Business Development:
- Identify and open up new markets, winning business from new customers and increasing market share from existing customers.
- Support and grow the 150+ dealer network across SAARC countries through the Sales team (CM's, Operations coordinator, NSM, ASMs for Wipro, UNZA and Yardley verticals), across Sri Lanka, Nepal and Bangladesh, Help in consolidation of coverage, both numeric and weighted distribution.
- Build leadership positions in the chosen markets example Jaffna, Batti and Trinco and get a foot hold in Sinhalese market, with massive on ground activation (just concluded), research on new TVC, whether to male new TVC with local stars, re-launch plan for Santoor with 2X with channel partners in Q3'24-25.
