Job Responsibility :

Business Achievement:

- Achieving Sales & Profitability Target.

- Plan of ATL/BTL budgets, for respective countries area, its effective utilization/implementation to augment sales in your country.

- Supporting the Channel partner, who are large dbr's 1000 crore + turnover.

- Supporting 3P factory in respective countries.

Business Development:


- Identify and open up new markets, winning business from new customers and increasing market share from existing customers.


- Support and grow the 150+ dealer network across SAARC countries through the Sales team (CM's, Operations coordinator, NSM, ASMs for Wipro, UNZA and Yardley verticals), across Sri Lanka, Nepal and Bangladesh, Help in consolidation of coverage, both numeric and weighted distribution.


- Build leadership positions in the chosen markets example Jaffna, Batti and Trinco and get a foot hold in Sinhalese market, with massive on ground activation (just concluded), research on new TVC, whether to male new TVC with local stars, re-launch plan for Santoor with 2X with channel partners in Q3'24-25.


- Trade Partner, Distributor Management: ROI, Claim-management, optimizing the stock level, conducting periodic reviews of the sales team, Managing Redistribution expenses, with the marketing team at BO. (Bangalore head office), build market with S&D and Market segmentation.

- Field force Management : Supporting the Country heads and the team with the National distributors- NSM, Area Managers, Retention /motivation of workforce, ensure induction, coaching and grooming to focus on Wipro, Unza and Yardley range of products.

- Trade Partner management: Administration, Overheads, Handling compliance issues- Country Tax and Copyright issues.

- MIS: Data management with operations manager/Executive based in respective countries.

- Track of competition: Market intelligence. Assessment of media effectiveness: through channel partners and consumer connect. Market research to understand the next category to enter.

- 3P and India Factory SPOC: Supporting 3P factory- currently we have 3 in Lanka and 2 in Bangladesh, Nepal we are in a process to establish one this year. Coordination with India Factories and SCM with forecasting and planning of RM/PM and FG.

- India Business SPOC: Single point connect, for India Institution and Emerging line of Business with the brand & SCM team.

Who is the perfect candidate?

- A 'self-starter' who is dynamic, with the ability to move fast and get things done. You should have the maturity and style that inspires respect of your peers.

- Good people management, communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to collaborate with and influence a matrix of internal and external stakeholders and customers at varied levels.

- Strong commercial orientation and the proven experience in supporting large teams, multiple customers and suppliers to manage and grow the scale of operations. Analytical and data driven approach, ability to think both strategically and out of the box.

- Good educational pedigree with 5 to 8 years' experience with proven capability in marketing & Sales function.

- Relevant exposure and depth in FMCG Sales and Marketing with high focus on execution and implementation per SLAs/ SOWs

Location : The position is based out of Bangalore head office in Koramangala.

We are looking for people who have worked in FMCG Companies and have worked in Business Manager roles

We work from Office 5.5 days in a week.
