With extension into various fast-growing categories and channels, the brand which currently has revenue with annual run rate of around 250 Cr, is poised to cross 500 Cr in next three years.

Job Purpose:

The position is responsible for the overall top line and bottom line target achievement in all geographies by focusing on the specific activities below. Person in this position would be taking care of few key categories of Yardley that are critical in its journey to scale size.

Responsibility:

- Develop and sharpen the brand code for the brand / category in consideration

- New Product Development

- Develop and refine the brand architecture in view of the competition and market trends

- Develop a new product funnel for the brand and the manager is responsible for clearing the stage gates for the new products


- Responsible for building consumer insights for the brand

- Effectively connect with the advertising teams to create collaterals to communicate the brand proposition

- Develop Activations / BTL activities

- Effectively design media campaigns and work with the agencies to develop them.

- Liaise with the sales team for effective deploying of BTL activities and monitor performance of schemes and trade activations

Skills/Qualifications:

- MBA from Premier Institute (2021 or 2022 batch)

- Minimum 2-3 years' experience in FMCG Marketing team

- Exposure to Skincare, Personal Care, Fragrance Industry would be preferred.

We work from office for 5.5 days in a week.
