Key responsibilities :
- Manage the sales cycle for the B2C segment
- Manage & grow the Retail business
- Build a strong self - propelling channel (B2C)
- Explore & enter newer markets & geographies
- Team management : recruit, manage & develop the sales team
- Develop relationships with key players including Specifiers, Architects, Contractors & PMCs etc.
Qualification & Experience:
- Graduation (Any)
- MBA Preferred
- 4 - 8 years Experience
- Having experience in the local market for at least 3-4 years is preferred
- Should have the Building Material & related industry experience with understanding of distribution
