Account Manager / Territory Manager - Commercial Lighting - Wipro
Sales Targets Ach :
- Be responsible for sales targets and collection in the assigned segment/territory.
- Follow the internal credit policy and inventory norms.
- Segment to be looked after in this role is Indoor commercial.
Business Development :
- Build equity with specifiers (Architect, Electrical Consultants) and End-customers (B2B).
- Handle product demonstrations, in-house seminar / presentation and drive customer satisfaction.
- Those servicing industry segments and Infrastructural projects via large infrastructural contractors may apply as well.
Reporting :
- Handling CRM portal.
- Regular updation of Lead to enquiry to order conversion.
- Periodical reports.
- Stockist management.
- Develop and retain reliable channel partners.
- Timely support in terms of materials and credit notes.
