Experience: Minimum 10 + years, out of which preferably 4-5 years in Manufacturing Enterprises in functions like Planning & Scheduling, Operations, R&D, Quality and Maintenance etc.

Role Requirement:

- Should be able to engage at the executive level and understand business requirement for Digital Transformation [ e.g. I4.0 / IOT / IIOT/ Smart Mfg / Digital Mfg etc.] in the specific Manufacturing domain

- Should be able to engage with customers to bring out the necessary ROI for digital transformation initiative

- Should be an expert in architecting functional specifications for digital transformation in the specific Manufacturing domain

- Should be able to guide the technology architects with necessary functional clarifications for business requirement

- Should be aware of and able to configure in technologies around Manufacturing Operations Management toolset [Platform - Siemens, Dassault, SAP, GE Plant Apps, Wonderware etc.]. Exposure to LIMS platform can also be substitute criteria.

- Should be conversant with integration requirement with Transactional systems [L4 systems like ERP, SCM etc. and L2 systems like SCADA, Control systems etc.]

- Should be aware of latest technology [ e.g. Cloud, AR / VR, IOT platforms etc.] and their adoption process in the path of Digital Transformation for Manufacturing Enterprises

- Must have good communication skills [ both written & oratory ]

- Willingness to travel at short notice

Additional Criteria :

- Should have knowledge of standards around the space of Manufacturing Operations Management [e.g. MESA, ISA 95, PERA etc.]

- Any certifications around process improvement technique [e.g. Lean, Six Sigma, TPM etc.]

- Exposure to scheduling systems [e.g. Ortems, Preactor etc.]
