Job Description :
- Handling Large Scale Organization Change management Programs as Customer HR Advisor - minimum 2, Minimum 10 years experience in Process Consulting, Worked in Major Geographies: US / UK / Europe
- Should have handled team size of 20 + Consultants in a Project or 100 + team members in Organization, Experienced in both Line Management and Product Management At least 3 in following topics: Workforce Planning, Performance and Compensation, L &D, Recruiting,, Time Management. Should have very strong knowledge on Success Factor and Migration from OP to Cloud HCM Solutions
Strong Experience in 3 of following Topics:
- Global Roll Outs of HCM Processes, OCM in M&A Scenarios, Global Risk Compliance Topics like GDPR, Multi-Country Payroll, Migration from Legacy Platforms like People Soft or Workday
- Your Industry Experience of 20 + yrs, Relevant Business Transformation
- Experience 10 +years, majorly on SAP implementation. In addition Non-SAP Experience may be added advantage Chartered Accountant, with domain experience for 3 - 5 years
- Special Courses on Finance Tax and Compliance Studies preferred. Should have won Large Programs by being part of Customer Engagement team. Should have designed solution in his / her area of expertise SAP ECC SD, Logistics Execution, Hybris C4C, Ecommerce, Marketing
