Campaign Marketing Manager
Job Description
Responsible for creating effective marketing campaigns for Wipro Solutions and services. This role entails understanding the core value proposition of our offerings, market opportunity and developing campaigns with a mix of online, direct marketing, promotions and inteactive mediums. Track leads on TRACE, run lead nurturing programs, publish closure rates and achieve business goals
Primary responsibilities
- Create integrated campaign plans to achieve campaign objectives Manage all aspects of campaign set-up and ongoing campaign execution
- Defining and using online, social and interactive mediums for campaigns
- Direct mail marketing plans
- New product launch campaign plans
- Global communication of solution messaging and promotional plans
- Measure and publish lead dashboards and ROI for each campaign
- Report on effectiveness of marketing campaigns, promotional offerings
- Track and manage budgets and expenses
Requirements include:
- 5 + years in Marketing, brand activation
- Proven experience in integrated campaign management and execution. Ad-agency work experience preferred
- Good understanding of creative mediums and design
- Good understanding of the IT services market and competitive landscape
- Strong communication & administration skills
- Thorough understanding of direct marketing processes, good understanding of interactive marketing
Thorough understanding of database segmentation and database marketing processes
- Strong work ethic; detail oriented and process driven
- Must meet deadlines Ability to work independently; self starter with a ‘can-do’ proactive attitude
- Process oriented but achievement focused
