Role: Business Finance Pricing/FP&A

Level/Band: C1/C2/D1

Location: Delhi/Kolkata/Chennai

Education: B.Com Graduate and a Qualified CA or a Fulltime MBA, Finance

Min Experience: 5 - 12 yrs post qualification experience

Candidate should have worked in BPO / IT/ Software Products environment, as part of the Corporate Finance team. He/she should have excellent analytical skills and assertiveness required to effectively drive desired business results.

Job Description:

Finance would be required to work closely with businesses to enable efficient resource utilization while ensuring process level profitability along with the Business Unit Head. In addition, Finance also negotiate contracts on commercials and other terms and conditions.

Responsibility:

- Ensure the contract with customer is in adherence to the terms agreed

- Represent and negotiate with customer on contractual terms and conditions

- Track operational performance and build best practices to ensure profitability

- Drive excellence to improve profitability and resource utilization

- Re-negotiation of the prices in event of change in terms and condition or cases where business dynamics are different than that assumed at the time of commercial agreement

- Ensure correct and timely billing and collections to manage DSO

- Work with pricing team to validate and ensure correctness of all the costs and that all necessary approvals are in place for pricing to be submitted

- Highlight financial risk in the solution proposed and provide resolution to mitigate it

- Critically evaluate the solution for financial efficiency and work with the team to optimize it, should there be an opportunity

- Demonstrate ability to build pricing models

- Demonstrate ability to create and lead teams
