Role : Business Insights Reporting Specialist

- The overall responsibility of the Senior/Lead Business Intelligence Analyst is to analyze service line data and create key reports to help drive our business. 

- Critical to success will be familiarity with data structures tables from a variety of systems, including proprietary SQL data tables and the ability to organize data into meaningful reports to drive informed business decisions.

- This position will work closely with the head of sales enablement to provide insights into the business performance. 

- The successful candidate will be a self-starter who understands the business and possesses excellent communication skills to organize and present data in a way that is clear, concise and easily understood by non-technical stakeholders.

- This a unique opportunity to work with reporting that may be used at scale within the company and provide support to teams to be successful in exceeding targets.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Install, maintain and update business intelligence tools, reports and dashboards

- Manage timely flow of business intelligence information to users

- Analyzing data with standard statistical methods, interpreting the results, and providing summary of data analyses

- 5+ years of industry experience in business intelligence and data analytics

- 2+ years of experience with a modern BI tool such as Looker

- Proficiency in SQL

- Some experience with web analytics tools is desirable

- Solid analytical and statistical abilities

- Good practical grasp of business models and needs.

- Excellent communication/presentation skills – comfortable in presenting to executives.

- Ability and willingness to execute with little oversight

- Bachelor in Business, Statistics or Engineering
