Role: Business Analysis- Life & Pension

Experience: 9-15 years

Location: Chennai

Looking for highly experienced professionals in the IT / Financial Services.

Experience in US life and Pensions, business analysis processes and methodologies are must for this role.

Responsibilities:

- Liaise with customer counterparts and actively drive out customer requirements

- Provide industry expertise/advice to clients, project delivery teams and sales teams

- Create and maintain specifications (product requirement, functional requirement, etc.)

- Assist in the preparation of Business Analysis estimates & plans

- Conduct specification walkthroughs (for other project delivery teams)

- Provide support to the various project delivery teams (Development, QA, Data Migration, UAT etc.)

- Assist in solution architecture

- Assist in the preparation of user manuals

- Assist with client and project delivery team training

- Participate in defect resolution (e.g. correcting a product rule)

- Knowledge dissemination within the BA team

- Proactive suggestions to improve the BA approach and to support a culture of continuous improvement
