Role: Business Analysis

Experience: 4 to 6 years

Location: Chennai

Expecting very strong business analyst to work with regional and global clients / partner organizations to deliver systems and business process change. Experience in investment banking is must

Requirement:

- Excellent domain skills of securities and capital market operations like trade life cycle, fixed income, cash management, accounting, reference & market data, reconciliation, derivatives, equities, fixed income, and mutual funds

- Risk Management experience in Investment Banking domain

- Good working knowledge of testing

- Experience in the relevant business process/domain practice/similar projects

- Good team management skills /mentoring/onsite-offshore coordination

- In-depth functional knowledge of Investment Banking

- Hands on experience in test case writing

- Good understanding of multiple technologies used in Banking & Financial Services IT.

- Understanding of various architectures types such as mainframes, client-server, and service oriented architecture etc.

- Excellent communication skills (written/verbal)

- Experience in development and delivery of testing and in development of testing related documents
