Inviting applications for the position of BU HR lead in one of the fastest growing Service Lines of WIPRO IT Business with additional responsibility as a Key Initiatives HR Lead for the Service Line.
Brief role and responsibilities:
- HR Business Partner for the designated Business Units with an oversight to manage about 1200 Employees
- Responsible for Developing, Program managing & driving Business Aligned HR initiatives at a Service Line level with a potential to impact 7000 employees
- Responsible for implementation of all people programs, processes, policies and partnering with managers to meet business goals
- Champion people satisfaction by driving best in class employee engagement initiatives
- Drive Employee Retention initiatives, capability building programs in the allocated BUs
Education & Experience:
- Masters in Human Resources from a reputed institute, with a total work experience of approximately 6-8 years in HR
Skills & Competencies:
- HR Functional Expertise in the area of Employee Engagement, Career Development, Learning & Development & OD
- High customer orientation & results achievement with strong business acumen
- Superior communication and interpersonal relationship skills
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and follow-through
- Self-driven with a Proven ability to multi-task, deal with ambiguity and identify systematic approaches to solve problems
The position will report into the Service Line HR head and will have one direct reportee and project based reporting from the larger team.
The position will be located in – Bangalore, India
