KRA :
- Create training plans and ensure their implementation on a time-bound basis
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to understand training and development needs
- Should be able to implement end-to-end training framework
- Should be able to plan and execute ongoing training projects and initiatives, monitor their progress and report
- Respond to RFP queries from a training standpoint and ensure their timely submission and closure
- Creation of monthly and quarterly reports (Powerpoint presentations and Excel reports) on a time-bound basis
- Meet external customers on a regular basis and present training initiatives and solutions
SKILLs :
- Strong articulation skills and inter-personal skills
- Ability to interface with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong hands-on ability to create powerpoint presentations (decks), well-versed with excel, creation of excel reports
