Senior Manager - Business Transformation Analyst (Presales role)
Role: Business Transformation Analyst - ET
Level: Manager& Senior Manager
Location: Delhi
Education Qualification: Post Graduate,preference to MBA's (from Tier 1 and Tier 2 institutions). Business management graduates with IT specialization/understanding will be given preference.
Experience: 6-8 years for Manager in IT/ ITES / Back Office industry with experience in technology solutioning. For Senior Manager 8 to 10 years.
Travel Requirement: 30% - 50% (domestic & international), should be able to travel at a short notice, passport is mandatory
Skills Required & Role :
Transformation analysts expected to develop strategy on business transformation using various technology tools. They are expected to have expertise in BPMS tools, RPA, Analytics and Product development and use these to determine what strategy is the most optimized for the industry and for the client.
This role is a client facing responsibility which requires the following :
- Understanding of business processes to determine problem statements in the F&A & HRO Vertical. Closely work with functional and domain experts and translate how technology can solve a business problem
- Should be able to think through existing technology solutions and also have enough industry/market know how to bring in technologies from partners and develop alliances
- Develop solution artefacts, value propositions with a representation of end to end business processes and mapping them back to technology solutions
- Develop relationships with multiple stake holders (Below list is not exhaustive)
- Functional team to understand the business needs
- Technology teams to convert them into technology solutions
- Sales and Pre Sales team acting as the engine enabling sales
- He/she works as an individual contributor with excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) and is able to respond to RFI/RFP and defend /present solutions with Client while working closely with the onsite Sales teams.
