We are looking for dynamic leaders with the following skill sets :

- Should have 15 years of overall experience - 10 years in BPS preferably managing Operations / delivery with an interest to lead Training for Investment Banking / Banking & Capital Markets domain.

- Significant experience in training for Investment Banking / Banking & Capital Markets domain.

- Excellent Customer Relationship Skills - both internal and external clients.

- Ability to lead people on large, multi-functional efforts.

- Managing the end to end training function for the Line of Business.

- Ability to think long term & have a strategic perspective of training function aligned to business realities / requirements.

- Strong understanding of the Business CPM's and training KRA's - measurement / action results

- Expert knowledge of service procedures.

- Good Communication skills.

- Good interpersonal skills with excellent man-management capabilities.

- Managing multi locational teams.

- Willing to travel extensively.

- Independent decision making.
