- Wipro BPS is seeking a highly self-motivated individual with expert creative and marketing skills for its Healthcare and Life Sciences Business BPS Unit. The individual will be responsible for Identify risk & compliance issues and assisting in mitigating risks. Define Risks That Matter with each Process, along with the Process Management, Focus on - Risk That Matters- RTM and develop action plans for mitigations

- We are looking for dynamic leaders with the following skill sets

- Should have 10+ years of experience in Communication of Risk & Compliance issues through Awareness sessions, Trainings and huddles

- Significant experience in client facing role

- Must have a good knowledge of HIPAA and HITECH. Must have previous experience with Operations with HIPAA / HITECH compliance

- Conducting Process, Function and ISMS audits & Driving Audit & Risk closures in the process

- Constantly monitoring, analyzing and reporting out on Risks and Compliance issues for Site and all processes in Location

- Check on adherence to legal / contractual / business process and relevant international laws and applicable industry regulations

- Enforcement of ISMS policies and procedures for meeting ISO 27001 standards and adherence to HIPAA / HITECH controls

- Co-ordination with auditors, functions and Operations for completion including collection of necessary evidences and gap closures of client and other audits

- Ensure implementation of controls and restrictions based on any other standard as applicable

- Engage with the Risk and Compliance management teams at Clients organizations and bring Best Practices to Wipro

- Investigating information security incidents reported and submitting report with corrective & preventive recommendations

- Determine the Root Cause of failure in case of any incident and work to put in place Corrective and Preventive measures

- Educate and create adequate Awareness among the Stakeholder on Information Security policies and procedures

- Willingness to work 24/7 - needs to be comfortable with working in shifts

- Strong interpersonal and influence management skills

- Ability to work and communicate with people across organizational units

- Ability to think strategically and translate strategy into action plans

- Strong analytical skills with an ability to solve the problem with a win-win negotiation approach

- Ability to lead people on large, multi-functional efforts

- Expert knowledge of service procedures

- Good Communication skills

- Good interpersonal skills with excellent man-management capabilities.

- Good analytical skills.

- Aptitude for understanding technology

- Independent decision making.

- Build & Maintain customer relationship / Transition & stabilizing the process / Ensure service delivery excellence / Liaise with Support units / Meet client & management experience / Take complete ownership of process, people & account

- Excellent knowledge of computers i.e. Operating systems, Network, MS Office and on-line tools; operating knowledge of SAP or Oracle desirable

- Advanced verbal & written communication skills, advanced presentation skills, interpersonal & people management skills and conflict management skills.

- Ability to exercise managerial judgment and perform as a mentor.

- Desirable Skills - International Certifications like CISA or CISSP or CISM

- Desirable Skills - Certifications / Training / Experience in Lean / GB Projects

- Necessary Skills - Trained / certified in Healthcare Services / Medical devices related compliance norms
