Wipro BPS is seeking a highly self-motivated individual with expert creative and marketing skills for its Healthcare and Life Sciences Business BPS Unit. The individual will be responsible for producing high impact, visually appealing, graphic-rich content to suit the company's Modern Sales and Marketing strategy.

This role requires bringing innovation to a variety of modern marketing / selling assets, in addition to delivering traditional presentation formats or projects that require supplementing text with graphical elements like animations, photographs, charts and graphs etc. The ideal candidate should have strong conceptual / design abilities and the ability to deliver design outputs in different and new formats whiteboard presentations, info graphics, interactive video, 3D animation, or even cartoon strips etc.

This role requires collaborating with content owners, including HLS Industry / Solution experts, to produce customer-facing assets delivered by Wipro's HLS team members. Additionally, these assets may also be managed and distributed via the Global Sales & Marketing Content Portal.

The position requires excellent English communication skills, both written and oral to work collaboratively within a cross-skilled, globally distributed team. Although a day shift position, the candidate must have the flexibility to work evenings as required. Acute attention to detail is a must. Thus, quality-oriented individuals with excellent project and time management skills will excel.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills:

1. Academic & Work Background:

- Bachelor's degree in any of the following disciplines (Preferred) - Fine Arts, Advertising, Computer Graphics.

- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience (preference will be given to candidates from IT/ITES industry like digital, branding, marketing, advertising etc)

2. Knowledge & Expertise:

- Expertise in following software / tools is a must; Microsoft Office esp expertise in designing MS PowerPoint presentations; Adobe Creative Suites (Photoshop, Indesign, Illustrator), HTML 5

- Knowledge of tools like Adobe Premiere, Final cut pro, After Effects, Dreamweaver, Motion5, 3DS Max / Cinema 4D will be an added advantage

- Ability to adapt and embrace emerging technologies in new media, particularly design programs and new presentation tools to transform generic, text-heavy input into graphically engaging, concise & interactive experiences.

3. Important Soft Skills:

- Exceptional English communication and organizational skills

- High regard for PROCESSES and orientation to deliver QUALITY results

- Thoroughness and a sharp eye for details; ability to self-QA and QA work of others

- Ability to work collaboratively building consensus, and working effectively within a cross-skilled, globally distributed team
