To achieve this, we are looking for a transformation leader in the HLS vertical (Payer, Provider, Med Devices, Pharma & Services) and Insurance vertical. The candidate should have good grasp of at least one of the line of businesses and know-how about the latest technology trends with regards to Customer Experience, RPA, Workflow Management and Analytics. Managing CXO level clients and internal stakeholders is critical to succeed in this role clubbed with excellent presentation skills.

Role Description :

Key Responsibilities :

- Plan, direct and control activities under transformation initiatives to contribute and/or influence business strategy in the Healthcare Lifesciences and Insurance verticals

- Create and execute strategies to over achieve revenue and order book numbers for transformation in the vertical

- Lead & anchor proactive campaigns based on strategic & market focus to support initiatives for revenue growth & pipeline generation from transformation standpoint by working in conjunction with the relevant stakeholders

- Driving a team of pre sales consultants engaged in responding to RFPs/bids, pricing requests

Executive stakeholder management

Leading client interactions & presentations

Building a healthy connect with the business eco system, both existing & new

Guiding and measuring the efficacy of the solutions being proposed to enhance win probability

- Should have good grasp of business requirements, operations and technology impact to drive better business results from HLS perspective

- Manage & lead alliances with third party partners in order to fulfill delivery commitments depending on the business need and objective

- Thought Leadership: Work proactively in understanding the changes in the HLS industry and changing value propositions to bring about changes from transformation standpoint

Candidate Requirement :

- Min. 12-15 years- experience in Healthcare (Payer/Provider), Med devices, Pharmaceutical domain

- Good analytical & research skills; Ability to draw meaningful insights and inferences from data and build an action plan to leverage it for business growth/sales

- Familiar with Business Processing Outsourcing services across the healthcare vertical (Payer, Provider, Med Devices, Pharma & Services sector) to lend a strategic perspective

- Proficiency with transformation technologies and software, preferred

- Experience in leading teams for product / solution sales / pre-sales, preferably in the HLS domain

- Strong interpersonal and influence management skills to work and communicate with people across organizational units

- Willingness to travel and work in shifts
