Job Description-

Responsible for ensuring and reviewing all KYC requirements for corporate customers.

Performs initial and ongoing EDD reviews of the high and medium risk customers.

Conducts qualification reviews of high and moderate-risk customers and determine the appropriate risk rating.

Ensures line of business is in compliance with applicable laws, rules, regulations, and corporate policies related to EDD.

Maintains high level of compliance awareness and knowledge to effectively support EDD and other related areas of responsibility..

Good working knowledge on Know Your Customer

- Experience in CDD

- KYC Onboarding and KYC Remediation - Added advantage

- Experience in Corporate KYC - mandate

- Analysis of KYC files and update based on policy set by Financial Security

- Interpret and apply regulatory and compliance policies and procedures when reviewing KYC files

- Perform adverse information, PEP and OFAC/EU checks

- Ensure the global quality of the KYC files according to the compliance rules

- Contribute to MIS collection and reporting

- Independently resolve outstanding issues and communicate/escalate problems to Senior Management.

- Participate in industry initiatives and working groups if required

- Driving productivity and efficiency

- Analysis of reports and determine authenticity of the report, and ability to identify significant variances

- Attend daily calls with customer and explain the status/ progress of deliverables

- Complete ownership of deliverables of team and handling escalations

- Retail / Commercial Banking Experience will not be considered

Eligibility Criteria :

- Excellent communication skills.

- Good Analytical skills.

- Comfortable working in 24- 5 Shifts

- KYC (Corporate ) experience is preferred.

Experience : 4-7 Years
