Role: Head Automation (RPA)
Role Requirements :
- Partner with Delivery and Solution Leads to implement and run the global framework to capitalize on robotics opportunities
- Lead and Own the P&L for RPA product with defined yearly targets
- Work with process-improvement teams and vendor partners to analyze and understand business processes.
- Engage directly, or through vendors, with process owners / subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather business process details and identify solution requirements.
- Craft the business case for each initiative to evaluate feasibility
- Design automated process solutions (i.e. Robots) in accordance with standard (Blue Prism) design principles and conventions.
- Work with central development team to build scalable and efficient process automation and reusable components that can be used across different processes.
- Manage the creation and maintenance of solution documentation.
- Manage testing and document results.
- Serve as an expert, trusted, advisor to senior management on RPA matters
Skillset required :
- Extensive business analysis experience across a range of projects, programs and domains.
- Degree-qualified in either finance or technology disciplines
- Likely you will have at least 15 years of experience in business analysis, preferably within financial services
- Consistent record of delivery and leadership in project management
- Experience with Data Mapping experience, documenting use cases, functional specifications or similar
- Experience with system and user acceptance testing, including test management tools
- Strong analytical and communications skills
- Ability to work as part of a global, culturally diverse virtual team
- Experience of business process improvements and automation through the use of technology will be highly advantageous
- Experience with QA/testing strategies; knowledge of test automation tools will be beneficial
- Lean Six Sigma training and familiarity with Blue Prism would be a definite plus
