Job Description
- Plan and manage the entire RFP process
- Manage the Core team
- Follow-up progress
- Assistance with Business Case formulation
- Co-ordinate the “Decision to submit Offer”
- Formulate re-usable bid components and use tools as far as possible
- Structuring the Bid
- Templates / Formatting & Tools
- Management of Copying / Production
- End to end responsibility of winning a bid – includes pre-bid and post-bid customer interactions until handover to delivery team
- Providing strategic inputs to the bid response – controlling the flow and approach
- Guiding the technical architecture team with business perspective – in designing a winnable solution as part of the bid response
- Co-ordination with sales, internal teams and horizontals for team formation
- Interaction with business finance teams and delivery teams for effort estimation and pricing
- Interaction with product vendors and other strategic partners in bid process
- Overall responsibility for bid response quality control
Skills Required
- Knowledge of presales processes
- Good customer interaction experience and account management skill
- Should demonstrate good documentation and presentation skills
- Should be a team player having managed teams
- Self motivating person able to cope up with challenges and pressures
