Job Description as under-

- 8-12 years of experience in Financial Services in a strong brand franchise (either banks/insurance/investment banks) or a tier I BPO

- Strong exposure to operations - if led large scale ops earlier, that is an advantage

- Excellent written and oral communication skills

- Strategic Orientation

- Prior consulting experience an advantage

- Market understanding of BFSI Domain

- Mobile from a location perspective

- Business Transformation Role
