Designation - Associate Vice President

Level - D1

Role - Delivery Leader for FP&A business

Summary of the role :

1. Lead the FP&A team comprising of 100+ FTEs which supports multiple complex processes across four geographies.

2. Enhances and/or develops, implements, and enforce policies and procedures that will improve the overall operational efficiencies and effectiveness of the global operations through innovation and automation.

3. Understand/Define scope of work and closely work with the delivery team and other enabling functions to meet contractual commitments especially on performance.

4. Drive process excellence and excellent stakeholder management by leading reviews, meetings, and presentations.

5. Solid people management and performance evaluation of the team members to build a high performing team.

6. Interact/partner with the client on regular basis to provide update on operations health, issues & challenges, and possible solutions.

Requirement for the role :

1. Should be a Chartered Accountant with 18+ Years of experience in F&A

2. Solid understanding of accounting and finance concepts and proven experience of transitioning and managing Finance and Accounting operations

3. Should be a delivery leader with deep F&A experience in BPO.

4. Handled Group Reporting, R2R, F&A, FP&A and Corporate accounting

5. Real Estate experience is an added advantage.

6. Worked in systems like Oracle, Blackline, TM1, PowerApps, Alteryx

7. Key Competencies - Global stakeholder management, result oriented, excellent writing and speaking skills and strong people leadership.
