Wipro - ATG eCommerce Practice Head

We are looking for candidates who have at least 12 + years of experience in ATG and Ecommerce domain.

- Should have 13+ years of experience in managing eCommerce programs

- Should have implemented at least 2 eCommerce programs end-to-end

- Should be able to provide commerce solution for ATG commerce

- Should have 2+ years of experience in managing practice

- Should have experience in managing customer interactions

Below are the major activities

Pre-Sales Support

- Manage customer connect for ecommerce customers

- Support for sales teams

- Should be able to architect Oracle ATG commerce solution

- Manage bid process for eCommerce proposals

- Provide program plan for executions with costing and schedule

Practice Management:

- Manage growth of ATG team with operational parameters

- Manage vendor relationship

- Manage COE activities for ATG

- Manage lead architects

- Provide ATG trainings
