Job Title/ Role : Practice Head - Trust and Safety

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Build and execute the GTM Strategy for Trust and Safety which includes industry and competitor analysis, SWOT analysis, account plans, business plans, target accounts, marketing plans, sub-segment wise plans

- Create Content solutions by each industry sub-practice addressing key target clients

- Identify and onboard strategic partners providing enabling solutions (tools, technologies, point solutions)

- Create and lead client presentations, convert opportunities to order book

- Primary & Secondary research on competition landscape, clients and identify whitespaces

- Manage internal and external stakeholders

- Responsible in building proactive pipeline, demand generation working with marketing and sales teams

- Work with Analysts and advisors in creating leadership positions in their T&S assessments

- Thought leadership - Create compelling artifacts on capability, case-studies, whitepapers, blogs

- Responsible for internal and external marketing through Webinars, newsletters, communications

- Build new capabilities in areas like Metaverse, AR-VR, AI-ML

Outcomes/KRAs :

- New business measured through order book (ACV/TCV)

- New capabilities launched

- Position in the industry in various analyst ratings

Role Demands :


- Excellent knowledge of the Trust and Safety industry, communication skills with collaborative ways of working.

- Primarily self-starter and deeply motivated and passionate to bring in new business. Working across Geo's - Americas, Europe and APMEA to accommodate different time zones.

Experience and skill set required :

- Mandatory - Expert Understanding of Trust and Safety domain - ability to articulate challenges, concerns by each customer and segment

- Mandatory - 3-5 years of experience in working with multiple customers on T&S or Content Moderation

- Excellent analytical thought process and ability to build innovation led solutions & business models

- Excellent communication & presentation skills

- Excellent visualization skills and ability to transform ideas to a PPT

- Willingness to travel for proposal and customer meetings

- Managing a proposal cycle, presentations

Candidates without content moderation experience will not qualify.
