Looking for Account Manager Role - Telecom Domain
- Business development, Relationship Management & Business Operations for meeting the agreed revenue & profitability target objectives
- Hunting & Farm revenue from the existing Wipro relationship
- Drive the development of the relationship with a focus on increasing penetration, differentiation and value
- Ensure the account is managed with the highest adherence to Wipro practices and drive for top performance in all results
- Develop positive relationships and regular contact with key client stakeholders across the Account
- Ensure that Wipro is positioned effectively to IT, Network, Business & Supply Chain stream leads
- Assist the Delivery Team in establishing and developing long-term customer commitment through maintaining strong customer satisfaction, implementing proactive/corrective actions as necessary.
Minimum : 9-14 years experience
Career Band : C1
- Ideally a background in, or extensive knowledge of Telecommunication processes / IT implementation
- Strong in approach the business scenarios with consultative sales & customer sensitive mind-set and collaborative in attitude and style.
- Strong track record of solution / SI selling is essential, and tenacity and perseverance to hunt in a competitive market
- Ability to work independently and proactively in a dynamic environment
- Excellent communication, customer Interaction and presentation skills are mandatory
- Should be comfortable interacting with Sr. IT and Business Leadership levels
- Ideally educated to degree level or professional equivalent.
Location : Mumbai.Candidates based in Pune who are willing to relocate to Mumbai.
Specifically looking out for candidates who has exp in selling IT Services to Telecom Service providers.
