As an Account Delivery Head (ADH), you are responsible for Delivery management of account(s) from a delivery perspective and being a focal point for Wipro’s delivery into a customer business unit/department. Responsible for managing an account of reasonable complexity, represents Wipro and deals with executive team of the client organization. ADH is accountable for Delivery, customer satisfaction, employee satisfaction within the account. ADH at this level is expected to handle delivery for a portfolio in excess of 800 FTEs.

Responsibilities
- Responsible for meeting financial objectives of the account, responsible to mine the account in concerned account, improve the key parameters for the account to improve the margins
- Responsible for planning and delivery - Delivery quality compliance, resource economic utilization and customer satisfaction
- Responsible for relationship building with Customer Project Managers and key stakeholders within the account and responsible for customer satisfaction
- Responsible for people processes in the account - employee attrition rate, people development and engagement
- Interact with Client Engagement Managers, Delivery Managers from Wipro and Client side CXOs

- Internal - Cleared the ADH assessment
- Domain certifications
- PMI certifications
Knowledge
Must Have:
- Understands one or more domains and can appreciate customer’s scenario
- Domain specialization
- Knowledge of emerging technologies, Various platforms, tools and products and their respective applications
- Total knowledge of delivery management, various delivery models etc., Understands the Delivery cycle well
- Awareness of global industry trends and directions and its impact on IT services

- Depth in 1 technology
Experience
Must Have:
- Large Project management / Program management
- Onsite experience in a client facing role
- Handling teams in multiple Geos.
- Solutioning, experience of managed services
- Domain Experience(as specified above)
- In-depth understanding of the SDLC
