About the Job:

As a Technical Program Manager at WinZO, you will work closely with the technology and product team to deliver world-class scalable product features. You will combine technical fluency, a strong sense of user experience and business insights. You will be expected to leverage data about how customers are using the product to influence design and direction of the product.

What you will do:

- Responsible for the overall development life cycle of the solution and manage complex projects with significant bottom line impact

- Work with product managers in developing a strategy and road map to provide compelling capabilities for our seller platform

- Identify risks, visualize upstream & downstream dependencies and help unblock challenges.

- Create and manage the plan for moving discussed technical solutions to final go-live implementations.

- Work directly with stakeholders to run Strategic & Stealth programs focus on Business & Tech Growth

- Capture program status, maintain accurate and current program information for the use of stakeholders using existing Program Management tools (Jira)

- Work closely with senior engineers to develop the best technical design and a scalable approach for new product development.

What you should have:

- 3-5 Years of hands on Experience as a Technical Program Manager with aggressive schedules and complexity

- Good knowledge of task tracking software (e.g. Jira) and proven ability to quickly pick up new tools and software.

- Technical problem solver on the team, identifying innovative solutions to project deadlocks and resolving issues and constraints through consensus and sound judgment.

- Work closely with the development teams and play a leadership role in product architecture and design.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced cross-functional team environment is a must.

- Must have experience interacting and managing production for a development team (front end/back end programmers & QA).

- Understanding of data platform will be an added advantage
