About the role:
As an HR & Talent Acquisition Manager at WinZO, you will be working on the entire end-to-end recruitment cycle and implement effective hiring and onboarding strategies. You will be working in a fast-paced environment which will require you to take initiatives, manage multiple projects, and work under tight timeframes.
What you will do:
- Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems. Provide counseling on policies and procedures
- Be a part of the entire end to end recruitment and team structuring cycle
- Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing JDs, posting jobs, and managing the hiring process
- Create and implement effective onboarding plans
- Develop training and development programs
- Assist in performance management processes
- Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
- Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data, etc.) according to policy and legal requirements
- Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliances
What you should have:
- Proven working experience of 3-5 years as HR or TA Manager
- People-oriented and results-driven
- Demonstrable experience with HR metrics
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases
- Ability to design strategy along with leadership skills
- Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Degree in Human Resources or related field
