About the Job:
As a Brand Manager at WinZO, you will represent the marketing team from identifying marketing challenges, reaching out to users, digging out relevant consumer insights, and shaping that into an impactful campaign by working with both creative agencies and the in-house content team. You should be Passionate, Self-Driven and Target-Oriented as you will be working in a fast-paced environment which will require you to take initiatives, manage multiple projects, and work under tight timeframes.
What you will do:
- Liaise with a varied set of partners (both internal and external) to drive initiative priorities and lead work across agencies and vendors
- Identify opportunities for positioning and campaign launches throughout the year; conceptualise and build out a detailed and structured implementation roll-out plan for the initiative
- Showcase performance based on clear progress metrics and measurable impact of ongoing work on various Brand Metrics
- Ensure timely completion of release milestones across work streams; identifying and factoring-in dependencies
- Innovate and identify new benefits for users
- Work cross functionally to drive any improvements
- Actively build relationships with internal team including product, marketing, tech, data and design to deliver on the roadmap on Brand
What you should have:
- B.Tech + MBA Background
- Strong critical thinking skills
- Intense attention to detail as well as the ability to see the big picture
- Demonstrated mastery of verbal and written communication skills
- Strong Negotiation skills
- Good Communication and Analytical skills
- Growth - Ability to analyze data and take decisions
- Customer first approach - Passion to understand User behaviour/Product quality/User experience
