- We are building a team of highly committed leaders to support, develop and lead teams and deliver on the business objectives
This is a B2B sales role and as a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for
- Coaching and developing your team to achieve their goals
- Meeting your individual and team revenue goals
- Developing long term relationships with key people at client's organizations
- Resolving critical client queries to ensure satisfactory closure
- Preparing and sharing sales reports on a regular basis
- Understanding client requirements keenly and devising feasible solutions based on the product features
- Improving processes to strengthen our sales effectiveness
