As an experienced Wintel Technical delivery leader, has worked as a domain expert and handled the technical delivery for multiple accounts Responsible for client relationship management and project management.

- We have an opportunity for a Delivery Manager-Wintel one of our client in Mumbai/Bangalore

Job Description :

The person will lead and manage the day to day technical delivery and handle large teams catering to multi-geographies.

Role Expectations :

- Manage Delivery of multiple accounts across different locations

- Manage effective stakeholder (Account / Customer) Communication

- Drive Excellence in delivery with various initiatives

- People Management to identify talent, trainings, performance management

- Manage financials of the accounts within the span for Savings, Resource allocations, Data corrections

- Manage Run (Operations) and Build (Projects) resource management

- Provide an effective governance structure to the team

- Provide effective reporting to the organization and formulation of dashboards

- Provide technical solutions expertise to existing and new deals

Technical Skills :

- Past leadership experience in handling complex technical deliveries

- Driving industrialization and cost reduction initiatives.

- Good background knowledge in a large enterprise with VMware, Windows 2003 / 2008 Active Directory Citrix, Cloud and Exchange 2003 / 2007 / 2010 environment

- Good at preparing Service Delivery reporting documentation with good presentation skill

- Excellent understanding of various virtualization and server architecture

- Good people management and leadership skills.

- Client focused with regards to service delivery. Good at project delivery management and service management skills

- Good analytical and Problem solving skills

- Able to respond to and resolve client queries and requests in a timely manner

- Ready to travel

- Ability to provide clear and concise documentation
